assumeにはたくさんの意味・使い方があります（と仮定する、思い込む、みなす、～を前提とする、当然と思う、負う、取る、持つ、引き受ける、など）

この場合ではトミーさんが訳してくれた「持つ」でいいと思います。

It’s been a while .. はよく使われると思います。
It’s been a while since I’ve been to the park.
I went to the park. It’s been a while since I last went.

上げられた「it’s been a long time」も自然でよく使われると思います。

I went to the park yesterday, haven’t gone for ages/haven’t been for 5 years.

一番短いのは「long time no see」と思いますが、「long time no park」は言いません。Long time no speak/hear/meetなどでしたらOKですが。

Everybody in my class knew that the sun rose in the east.→そんなに違和感ありません。ネイティブも言うことが有り得ると思います。しかしEverybody in my class knew that the sun rises in the east.のほうが多く使われます・より自然に聞こえます。

Everybody in my class knew that the sun rose in the east.→こっちのほうが昔はsun rose in the eastけど、今はそうでないという解釈もあり得ます。

I knew the children must stay here, but others said they didn’t have to. →子供たちがここにいなければならないが、その他の人たちがそうしなきゃいけないではないと言っていた。
I knew the children must have stayed here.→子供たちがここにきっといた（泊まった）と知ってた。
２文は意味が違います。

難しいですね。。

日本語で表現するのが少し難しかったですが、だいたい下記のような意味です。(訳している内にDianeさんが訳してくれましたが、一応投稿します。)

ロックコンサートへ行ったことないなら、ストレス発散のために行くことを勧める。one ok rockが好きだ。その他のバンドは歌詞がわからなくなるから、少しハードすぎて、そこまで好みではないけど、その音と叫んでいる声に癒し効果がある。マジで。彼らが叫んでいると、私が出したいイライラが出てってしまう。叫んでいるのは私じゃないのに。

An animal of Australia だったら、オーストラリアの動物たちの中から特定されていない一つの動物なのでa

ブラジルの家の写真がいっぱいあります。これはその一つ。沢山ある中で、特定されていない一つのa写真ですね。

aとtheのルールはまったく知りません。なんとなくこうかな、と書きました。

あと、個人的に思うのが、aとtheの感覚をつかむには練習が必要で、英語に慣れるまで難しいと思います。ルールを覚えようとして、そのルールのことを考えながらaやtheを正しく使うにはムリがあって、ムダかもしれません。

① in not available a languageでは×ですね。in a not available languageならOKですが。

② 言語の話をするときにinを使うことがあります。例えばin Frenchやin German等。これは覚えて慣れるしかないと覚えます。

「視聴者数」の記載と思います。
18.25 millionでしたら、18,250,000人がその番組を見たことになります。
Premiere viewersは有料番組・コンテンツを見た人数で、finale viewersは女性視聴者ですね。

they are(＝Staff members)が省略されているといえます。
whileはdevelopedの直後でいいと思います。Whileでなくて、duringでも良いと思います。
while in the employでなくて、while in the employmentが正しいですね。

「人 to 人」とは何かはよくわかりませんが。。
be likeはおそらく若者が使用する「～be like」と思います。

この ～be likeは「～ある特徴を持つ」若しくは「～こんな感じだよ」のニュアンスになります。

例えば、He be like = 「彼はこんな感じだよ。」
あとに続く言葉は通常、その彼の特徴的（と話している人が考えている）な動作・言葉などが来る。
