英語のメールの返信

先方に資料を要求したところ、プレゼンをさせて頂くと連絡が来ました。ただし私はあまり英語が得意でないため、できれば資料のみをもらいたいと思っています。
そこで、下記の内容をなるべく丁寧に返したいのですがどのように英訳できるか教えて頂けないでしょうか。

Thank you for your response. Because I’m not comfortable with my English, it would be easier for me with written information rather than a presentation. May I ask you to send me a written form of the presentation?
Also, would it be okay to contact you by email if I have any questions?

Thank you for your reply. I really appreciate the offer of your presentation but just because I am not confident enough to understand the entire presentation due to my lack of listening skill in English, could I just have the documents of the presentation?
Also, I would appreciate if I could ask some questions about it via E-mail.
