→完璧です。

これはタクシーの運転手に、どの道を通れば良いか話していますね。
Why don’t you stay on this→ まず、この道のままで行ったら？（stay onはこの道に残ること）
take this to Golf, Golf to Bush, Bush to Polk→ ゴルフ行って、ゴルフからブッシュへ、ブッシュからポークへ
then just leave me on the corner of Market→ 最後はマーケットの角で下してくれる？

Golf, Bush, Polk などは Golf Street, Bush StreetなどのSan Franciscoの道の名前（街路名）になります。
何丁目まで行って、何条まで…のような会話ですね。
