What’s great~とis that~の解釈 (再びEllen Show での一コマ。)
Madeline BrewerがEllenShowのインタビューに出演したときの一コマです。彼女がhandmaid’s taleというドラマに眼帯をつけた役で出演しているのですが、その英文の内容的には、司会者の方が奥さんにMadelineのことを説明したときに片目を隠しただけでmadelineがゲストだと分かったみたいな感じだと思うのですが、
You know what’s great about that,too,is that even coming to do the show I was,guess who is going to be on the show? And she was,who? I was trying to explain it. And I was you know from Handmaid’s? And then she was,oh yeah.I love her.
といった英文なのですが、冒頭のWhat’s great~とis that~の部分の解釈が分かりません。なぜ疑問文ではないのにｂｅ動詞が先にきているのでしょうか？解説していただけると嬉しいです!
