間違いありません。細部までよく理解ができています。
ただ英文の自然さで言うと、どちらもかなり偉そうな感じです。また、as long asは既存のものか、現在の状態、予測のつきやすい時に用いられる条件ですので、ここでは少し変に聞こえるかと。
代わりに、yeah, but you have to buy me a dinner!などはいかがでしょうか？buy 人 物 がよく用いられるカジュアルなおごるという表現です。
