「今期末決算」とは英訳したら「this fiscal year end closing」で良いですか？

「今期末決算」とは英訳したら「this fiscal year end closing」で良いですかな。。
或いは “settlement of accounts for this financial year”の方良いですかな。。

period-end closing が自然と思います。年度末の締めでしたら、year-end closing、year-end closing of accounts、fiscal year end settlement of accounts などなどでいいと思います。

Closing より、settlement of accounts のほうがかために聞こえます。

年度を明記して、正式に書く場合は以下のような書き方が一般的と思います(例)
Settlement of Accounts for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2017
