If と Should の違いを教えてください。

ア. If イ. Should ウ. When エ. Would
の問題があって私はアのIfだと思って解答用紙みたらイのShould が正解になっていたんですけど、それはなぜですか？ If だと思っていたのですごくモヤモヤしています。よろしくお願いします

上記のような文だったら、ifでもいけます。

should だと自然に聞こえるという説明じゃダメですよね:)

ここのshouldというauxiliary verbはifが含まれていると思って頂ければいいと思います。
ifがないかもしれませんが、主語と動詞の倒置により仮定法が成立します(e.g. Should this happen, I would do that. これがおきたら、私がこうする。)

因みにですが、If she need any help, she could contact either of us anytime. という文やWould she need any help, she could contact either of us anytimeでも、口頭で言われたら左程違和感はありません。論文には書きませんが。

それと、If she needs help, she can contact either of us anytime.ならokです(needがneedsになってcould がcanになります)
