を間接話法で言う場合として、

とします。以上は
it would rain tomorrow because the sky was bluer.
が従属節であり、話者は、明日雨がふるとは思うが空の青さと雨の降るかどうかは関係なく、雲が高いところにあるから明日雨が降ると思っている場合、従属節のit would rain tomorrow because the sky was bluer.は今は存在していないと言うことになり、 willではなく would 、 isではなくwasと時制の一致をしますか？
また、この文の becauseを以下のように従属節ではなく主節につけるとします、
He said it would rain tomorrow 、because the sky was bluer.
Because the sky was bluer、he said it would rain tomorrow.
こうなると従属節はit would rain tomorrow.だけなので、it would rain tomorrow.とは話者も思っているので
Because the sky was bluer、he said it will rain tomorrow.と現在形にできると言うことですか？
