whileの位置について

Grandcom社に雇用されている間に開発したどんな技術も、同社に独占的に帰属していることを、スタッフはご承知おきください。

このwhileはthey are(＝Staff members)が省略されているのでしょうか？
また、接続詞(while)は主語(any technology)と述語(belongs to)の間に位置する場合があるのでしょうか？

they are(＝Staff members)が省略されているといえます。
whileはdevelopedの直後でいいと思います。Whileでなくて、duringでも良いと思います。
while in the employでなくて、while in the employmentが正しいですね。
