後半のthatの意味、文法について。

“I also hope that he makes a lot of mistakes so he that will overcome the fear of failure.”

いつも回答して頂きありがとうございます。海外の方とのチャットでこのような文章があったのですが、後半のthatはso that構文の使い方の応用(倒置？)でしょうか？お力をお貸し頂けると助かります、宜しくお願い致します。

heとthatの順番が間違ってます。I also hope that he makes a lot of mistakes so that he will overcome the fear of failure.が正しいです。
