どちらの文も少し直す必要があります。それぞれ違った意味合いのことを言っていますね。どちらが正しいかというと、文だけではどちらも△なので、意味合いを文脈から察して、自準備が出来ているのは自分たちなのか（食べる準備）、それとも夕食なのか（テーブルに並んでいる等）、文脈から察して答えるべき問題なのかもしれません。
We find us ready for supper.
準備が出来ているのは自分たち。
→ We find ourselves ready for supper.
→ We find that we are ready for supper.
We find supper ready for us.
準備が出来ているのは夕食。
→ We find the supper ready for us.
→ We find that the supper is ready for us.
